Made-to-Order Fulfillment Schedule

All Welcome Home History monthly dispatches are custom-printed and assembled to order.

• Batch Cadence: You will receive your first physical mailer the month following the date your order is placed.

• Example: If you subscribe on any date in October, your first official mailer will ship in November.

• Shipping Window: Monthly shipments drop near the middle of each month and are delivered via USPS First-Class Mail.

Shipping Rates & Locations

• Domestic US: Standard First-Class shipping is included for free covering delivery across all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Currently, we only ship within the United States and US territories.

Address Updates

Because subscriber lists are exported for envelope addressing on the 1st of every month, any shipping address changes must be updated in your Customer Account Portal before the 1st of the month to take effect for that month's shipment.

Delayed or Missing Mailers

Standard USPS First-Class delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once dropped at the post office.

If you have not received your mailer by the end of the month following your order date (e.g., by November 30th for an October order), please reach out to us at support@welcomehomehistory.com and we will promptly get a replacement sent.
